Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, most orders are delivered within 12 business days, depending on your location and local carrier operations.

While we work hard to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

From time to time, Eleanor Greenery may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered processing or shipping, we may not be able to modify or redirect the shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
