At Eleanor Greenery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition;
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible;
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons, or if they have been customized.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective

Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please request a return, if eligible, and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase if they have not yet entered processing.

Once processing has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, Eleanor Greenery will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.
